A phased programme of works including the repair and replacement of Ham stone mullions, transoms and jambs to the bowing bay windows. One phase involved an internal and external scaffolding designed to support the masonry as work proceeded on a three-storey bay.
A further phase was to renew disintegrating pre-cast heads and mullions in a 1920s wing, this time with stainless steel reinforcing. All phases included the removal, refurbishment, and renewal where necessary, of the cast iron casements.
